Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet, and spacious; however, they were not made up after our first night, which was a downside. The location was fantastic for leisure strolls to the harbor and close to downtown Pensacola attractions. The service was exceptional with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The dining was delicious with a variety of homemade food, making it unmissable for guests. However, accessibility could be an issue for those unable to manage steep stairs with luggage.
